Update a website
Changes the website's display name, address or tags. Only the fields you send are changed, and tagIds replaces the website's tags like setting them does. An id that is not a tag of this workspace answers 404 website_tag_not_found and nothing changes. The reporting endpoint stays the same.
Requires the manager role on the website.
